A calm, supportive Pilates experience designed for the final stages of pregnancy and the early months after birth - delivered in the comfort of your own home.

These private sessions are tailored to support your body through the physical demands of pregnancy and postpartum recovery, with a strong focus on safe, delicate movement. I hold advanced certification in prenatal Pilates, with specialist training in working with pubic symphysis discomfort, sacroiliac (SI) joint pain, and general postnatal rehabilitation.

Each session is carefully adapted to your individual needs, energy levels, and stage - whether you are preparing your body for birth or rebuilding strength after delivery. We focus on breath, deep core and pelvic floor connection, posture, and mobility to help you feel more supported, stable, and secure in your changing body.

For postnatal clients, sessions are designed with a thoughtful, progressive approach to recovery, including considerations for diastasis recti and C-section healing where relevant.

I bring everything needed and guide you through a session that feels safe, focused, and restorative.

Suitable for the later stages of pregnancy and from around 6–12 weeks postpartum (with medical clearance where appropriate).
