  • I offer private, one to one Pilates sessions tailored to your body, goals, and experience level. Sessions are led by classical and contemporary Pilates principles through my BASI training - with a strong focus on safe, functional movement.

  • Sessions are for everyone - including complete beginners, experienced movers, prenatal clients, and postnatal clients. Each session is fully adapted to you.

  • No experience is needed. Beginners are absolutely welcome, and I am happy to introduce you to reformer Pilates.

  • Yes. I have experience working with prenatal and postnatal clients and am comfortable modifying for symptoms such as PS, PSD, SI pain, diastasis recti, and lower back pain. I have been through extensive training through BASI’s Pregnancy and Beyond Advanced Certification Program.

  • Yes, when appropriately adapted. Sessions are modified based on your trimester, comfort, and any medical guidance.

  • Most clients begin around 2 months postpartum after a vaginal birth and 3 months after a C-section, with medical clearance.

  • Yes - sessions are baby friendly. You’re welcome to bring your baby along when needed, creating a flexible and supportive environment for postnatal recovery. There is a playmat, bouncer, a few toys, and a comfortable place to pause and breastfeed if needed.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes long.

  • Wear whatever you are comfortable in that allows you to move freely.

  • Sessions are held at the beautiful and private Reach Reformer Studio in Volta.
