I offer private, one to one Pilates sessions tailored to your body, goals, and experience level. Sessions are led by classical and contemporary Pilates principles through my BASI training - with a strong focus on safe, functional movement.

Sessions are for everyone - including complete beginners, experienced movers, prenatal clients, and postnatal clients. Each session is fully adapted to you.

No experience is needed. Beginners are absolutely welcome, and I am happy to introduce you to reformer Pilates.

Yes. I have experience working with prenatal and postnatal clients and am comfortable modifying for symptoms such as PS, PSD, SI pain, diastasis recti, and lower back pain. I have been through extensive training through BASI’s Pregnancy and Beyond Advanced Certification Program.

Yes, when appropriately adapted. Sessions are modified based on your trimester, comfort, and any medical guidance.

Most clients begin around 2 months postpartum after a vaginal birth and 3 months after a C-section, with medical clearance.

Yes - sessions are baby friendly. You’re welcome to bring your baby along when needed, creating a flexible and supportive environment for postnatal recovery. There is a playmat, bouncer, a few toys, and a comfortable place to pause and breastfeed if needed.

Sessions are 50 minutes long.

Wear whatever you are comfortable in that allows you to move freely.
