This package is ideal if you’re ready to fully commit to your training and see meaningful progress. Over ten sessions, we build a structured, progressive approach tailored specifically to your body - refining technique, developing strength and control, and supporting sustainable improvements in how you move and feel.
For prenatal clients, sessions are carefully adapted to your stage of pregnancy, with appropriate modifications for your trimester and any specific conditions.
For postnatal clients, you’re welcome to bring your baby along. The studio is baby-friendly, with a BabyBjörn bouncer and space for a mat beside you. Sessions include safe, progressive modifications based on your birth experience and any symptoms from pregnancy, supporting a confident and structured return to movement.
For all other clients, sessions are tailored to your individual goals - whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced athlete. I have experience working across all levels and will guide you through a progressive programme that challenges you appropriately while maintaining strong technique and control.
